"Bobbie did our business and is doing our personal taxes. We appreciate her expert help and great office staff!"
"First off, I had a ton of appreciation for this company when I had my initial sit down with the preparer. She wrote out a list of things that I was to bring back to her in order to get my taxes taken care of. Because of travel and other obligations, I took a bit longer but dropped them off as soon as I returned to Corvallis. They do not move with a sense of urgency at all but that was fine with me, I was still enjoying military retirement and because of loss of family members, I was stressed enough without worrying about taxes. Well on 3/2/2019 my awesome son and I was going to the DMV in order for him to get a his driving permit. This is a big deal for my family because there are so many events that I have missed due to deployments, hospital recovery or other military obligations, so every special event counts with us. When we got to the DMV, we realized that we needed my sons SSN and did not have it. Because I knew that we could get it from the documents that I had given this company, I called and asked if they could read me the number over the phone being that we were in another town. The receptionist said that she would call me back. When they called back, I missed the call, so I called them back. When I called back the preparer gets on the phone and begins to yell about me taking her receptionist time and that she wasn't there to do my secretarial duties unless I was willing to pay her salary. I said to her that I didn't call her office for her to disrespect me and before I could say anything else the preparer slammed the phone down in my ear. Gratefully there will be others who are going to be preparing statements of the sort as well, as they were sitting in the car while this episode was taking place. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PUBLIC USE!!! I do not encourage anyone from the military community are of any respectful profession to do business with them. I immediately contacted the Chamber of Commerce and the Military Tax preparers on our installations and suggested that, from my experience, this company is a threat to the OPSEC of our community and that (I felt) using them would result in our families (Network of Military Families) security being compromised. They simply have not displayed the temperament to service such a great community. Please read the other posts that will be placed in this review section here after. Because of the VIP that were traveling with me, we are considering a defamation suit. In the end, I picked up my documents after returning from the DMV and am currently looking for a preparer..lol. Lord bless our community, we need to get rid of business such as this one."
