At Sprouting Health & Wellness, we blend naturopathic medicine with conventional care to provide the best possible healthcare. Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) model allows for a partnership between patients and physicians, with longer appointments and unlimited visits. We do not require co-payments, deductibles, or hidden charges, and are transparent about all fees.
Currently, we accept insurance plans such as Pacific Source Health Group Plans, Aetna, Health Net, Providence, United Health, CHP (Kaiser Permanente), and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Patients without insurance are still welcome to see us as their primary care physicians.
We are open on most Saturdays for visits and provide care for both sick and healthy patients. Our goal is to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle and address any medical concerns you may have. If you have any questions or need urgent care after hours, please feel free to contact us or visit an urgent care facility.
