"This rating needs a -1. Same theme, no bill and 6 months I later get the collections letter from Credit Collections Services, Norwood Ma. I tired the lab to see if this bill was legit and ask why my insurance wasn’t billed, I got a disconnected phone. Called the collection co. Nice enough people, but they’re like cops, you’re a scumbag dead beat trying to skip out and don’t believe a word you tell them. I said it looks like they are getting scammed. She mentioned making notes on the account and getting a copy of the original bill and also mentioned their email bounced to this company. If this isn’t a scam, I’ll be shocked. Suspect anything you get from this company. 100% sus. Best , do not use them."
"This company, owned by Sonic Healthcare, in my opinion, seems to be running an insurance scam or otherwise illegally billing patients. I received a bill for pathology services, that they DID NOT even submit to my insurance. I've reached my out-of-pocket and deductible for the year, and since they are in network, I shouldn't owe them anything, yet they are still demanding payment. I alerted my insurance company and they are taking action against them. Additionally, I emailed every c-suite executive at Sonic Care and received a phone call back from a lady who told me their systems were down and that there was nothing they could do. This is NOT good enough when you are dealing with cancer patients! I sincerely hope my insurance drops its contract with them. I urge anyone having billing issues, to call their insurance company and report them. Additionally, it's worth your time to email the higher-ups and at least create a paper trail."

"Straight to Collections NEVER received a bill. This feels like total scam, and they never explain the charges, insurance payment, etc. they just send you to collections. I asked my primary care provider about it, they couldn't understand why this business handles accounting this way."
"Similar experience as others above. First, they fail to pull up the insurance multiple times where noother provider in my entire life have had trouble pulling the insurance info up. Second, they also fail to bill the insurance correctly for the right amount. Third, they fail to communicate back that they have indeed the found the insurance and update the bill amount. Fourth, they directly send it to collection without even sending you an updated bill to pay. Worst experience. Would remind everybody to be cautious about this service."
