Dr. Bowen-Hicks earned her doctorate degree from the University of Florida and is actively involved in professional societies. She enjoys singing and has been a member of various music groups for over 20 years.

Dr. Erika Devlin is committed to providing meaningful hearing health care to her patients by prioritizing respect, compassion, and empathy. Dr. Devlin earned her doctoral degree from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences and is a member of several professional organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, vacations, and spending time with her family.

Audiologist Ilsa Feierabend believes in the importance of being heard and takes the time to understand each patient as an individual. Dr. Feierabend earned her doctoral degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and focuses on providing clear information and education on healthy hearing practices. She enjoys swimming, hiking, and spending time with her family and pets.
