"I have been going to Broadway Medical Clinic since I was a teenager in the 1970's. We have always been happy with the Physician's and the quality of service by them and their staff. Dr. Simon is wonderful. She listens to her patients and is reassuring in her manner. Her support staff are also professional and friendly. They are efficient and communicative, while getting the job done. My only complaint: We've seen receptionists come and go, recently, the "older" receptionists are gone and two new younger girls are there. They just don't have the experience or sensitivity on how to treat patients yet. One in particular is robotic in her manner and at times has been inappropriate. Hopefully, experience and feedback will change her and give her insight. Other than that, I would readily recommend Broadway Medical Clinic as a great source for health care."
