"Doctor was rude and mocked me when I showed concern about the lack of answers given. He even asked me to do my own research to find a doctor to refer me to because he’s not good with computers. The receptionist said I didn’t need a copay and so I was surprised to receive a letter saying my account was overdue. After reading a line from the letter that was sent I felt compelled to write this review. “Our office and Doctor was most helpful when you needed to be seen, we have done our part, now it is time to do your part and pay your balance.” They didn’t do their part, and they were not helpful or kind, and they were paid in full as soon as I saw a text from them saying my account was past due. They seem to be hurting for money based on their desperation so I’m considering the $10 late fee as charity. They should teach their staff how copays work AND get with the times and use email and a payment portal. While this is the only ENT around, I highly recommend going out of town to find someone who isn’t dismissive and rude both to your face and via mail."

"Dr flaiz is a good doctor! I went to be seen for my tonsils but he told me about some issues I had no idea about regarding my nose and ears. He cleaned my ears with some instruments thankfully not water like your regular doctor cleans them. I know cleaning ears with water is really bad so I never thought I would be able to get to the bottom of my ear wax but thankfully Dr. Flaiz was able to clean it out SAFELY! :)"

"Literally one of the best doctors I have EVER been to. He was very thorough and genuine. Everybody in his office was great and helped take care of me. Why anyone would give less than 5 stars is baffling.... I'd give 6 if I could"

"Went to see DR Flaiz last year because I had previously had both sides of my thyroid removed but I felt a nodule and so did my primary care physician.. he basically made me feel like I was crazy in the head sent me on my way and sent my doctor information stating that he felt nothing and there was nothing there .. I let him know that I was having problems swallowing that I was choking on my food .. about six months later I had a CAT scan because I started having palpitations and I had a previous history of pulmonary embolism. And it appeared that the previous doctor that removed one side of my thyroid ..Dr Karmey had not actually remove the thyroid it was still there .. it had grown to be 4 cm in size it was going everywhere there's not one but three of them now .. It was affecting my vocals.. specialist I saw tested me and found that there was tension on my vocal chords .. she recommended surgery .. I do not recommend Dr Flaiz he's stuck on himself he thinks he knows everything and he treated me as if I was a head case ..Thanks for nothing Dr Flaiz. Next time you get a patient try not to dismiss them so easily .. I seriously can't believe the way that you treated me .."
