"45 minutes sitting in the room waiting for a doctor.... My niece's appointment was at 115 and here it is 2pm, we show up 15 minutes early so we can make sure that we don't miss her appointment...."

"Pediatricians office is a joke. Front desk is incredibly rude. They canceled my appointment, didn't tell me or change it on the app. They then lied to me. My son is now sick and they won't see him. Supposed to just go to urgent care. I'm not sure if I got spoiled at COPA, but never in my life has it been so hard to be seen by a doctor. Only giving another start because when he was seem the 2 times I got in, the doctors were great."

"I have had several medical concerns in the past 5 years. I have made appointments at other family care just to find out they were physician assistance or LNP, but price wise as well as knowledge and abilities could not compare to the treatment I receive every time I go to an appointment with Dr. Patchings. She listens to what I'm saying and takes my concerns seriously and does not try to dismiss me once my 10 minutes are up. Before I began seeing Dr. Patchings I would walk way from my appointment upset or frustrated because nothing changed or improved . In the time I have been seeing Dr. Patchings some of my medical issues have been improving and I have complete confidence in her skills and knowledge. I highly recommend her to my friends and family."

"Do not take your child to their pediatricians. Dr. Castillo is great. I had another female Dr. I don’t know her name. I was telling her about concerns that my child might be having seizures and she interrupted me and just said there was nothing they could do about it. After the appointment I asked if I needed to do anything else or if I could just leave the lady at the front desk said I didn’t need to do anything so I left. Later I realized I did need to set up for my child’s 2 week appointment. So I called them to set it up and they were very judgmental that I didn’t set it up in the office. At the 2 week appointment with Dr. Castillo it went so well. I really appreciated her. She sat with me and answered every question I had. But again after with the front desk we went to check out and the front desk person was on the phone with their Grandmother and wouldn’t help us. We had to wait for her to finish her personal phone call before we could leave. Which took a good 5 minutes. Last I called because I had a concern with my Child and wanted to talk to a nurse or a Dr. And the front desk said they would leave a message and someone would call me back. 3 days later I hadn’t received a call so I called back to ask why no one’s called I had to call someone else to get assistance. They had said they did call and left a voicemail which no one did. I did not get a call or a voicemail. Im beyond disappointed in this place. It seems like no one wants to do their jobs and they don’t care about children or parents concerns."

"I try to be patient but the Good Shepherd Pediatrics office tested my patience for the last time. Between their incredibly unprofessional office staff, regular scheduling errors with less than 2 hour notice of cancellation on their part, someone else's patient information accidentally shared with me, and the pediatrician using someone else's tragedy of the loss of a 6 week old baby to try to scare me into giving my baby the flu shot along with his regular vaccines in the same day, I will never take another child there. Dr Canal is no longer there and he was the best thing about that clinic."
