Paws Animal Hospital

"I typically don't give my negative interactions with local businesses, but yesterday, Monday March 4th, seriously upset me!!! We have been considering making a change to the vet office that we use, starting with our newest cat. I called PAWS Animal Hospital in Lebanon, the woman that answered the phone seemed sweet as I let her know that I wanted to ask a few questions about establishing care for our cat. I asked what the price of her first wellness exam would be, she told me the price. Then I asked what about spay & the vaccinations that she will need. Her response was "Do you want the cheapest or the best?" Then she hung up on me!!! Seriously!?! People have budgets & sometimes need to know what costs are so that they can be planned. I DID NOT ask if they did low cost programs or ANYTHING of that nature, just simply the cost. She knew ABSOLUTELY nothing except I wanted to establish care for our cat! I was LIVID!!! 31 second phone call! I then called our current vet, Lebanon Animal Hospital, I didn't say a thing about us being clients or anything! Jennifer, the amazing woman that answered the phone was so beyond sweet & went in depth about the things that our cat would need being an inside cat. The difference in how i felt with her solidified that we will continue to do ALL of our business with them!!! I will definitely NOT be recommending PAWS Animal Hospital to ANYONE!!!"

"My service dog was suffering several months. I had taken him 5 other vets and nothing made him better. I took him to Doctor Johnson and the first visit he started to improve and he still improving. We are pleased."

"Our girl Sunshine got real sick when we were camping in July 2022. Our regular vet wouldn't take her and we called several other emergency vets that would not take her either without an appointment for another day. We called PAWS and they said bring her in and they saw her immediately. That's when we found out she had diabetes (1st photo) and she is now doing well on insulin. She would not have made it through the night if we hadn't brought her to PAWS. Since then we have had to bring Sunshine here two more times for an infection on her paw, which our regular vet would be about 3 months out for an appointment. The 2nd photo is from this week when we came to get staples/stitches taken out of her paw. We are so glad we found PAWS. ❤️"

"I took my German shepherd into Paws on Sunday because he had a huge gash in his side, that he got while we were camping. The staff at paws has been amazing! They treated him so well and you can tell that they genuinely care about their patients and their families. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby"

"My girl was pulling out her hair from a flea allergy i took he in and I felt like a bad pet owner. They made me feel like I did the right thing by bringing her in on a emergency visit. Yes its going to take time for her fur to grow back but they did a great job. She is no longer over grooming she isn't pulling out her hair. She is playful and feeling tons better after 2 shots and 2 topical treatments. Thank you for helping my girl and letting me know things happen and she is getting better every day. By the way she growned the whole way there and back. A whole whopping 2 miles hahaha"
