"My mother moved into Willow Place four months ago. It has been a wonderful experience for her, the staff are very caring and I feel I can go to Becky (the director) anytime about any concerns. After being in rehab for months mom was not doing well emotionally. Now she goes to the dining room, talks with staff and other residents and is thriving."

"Bad working place. NOC shift med tech and caregiver have to do heavy cleaning at kitchen, dining area, breakroom, restroom, med room and living area on top of regular jobs as caregiver and med tech. The director refuses to deal with issues. No differentiate payment despite of NOC shifts and having to do major cleaning. No respect on privacy, staff look into other staffs drawer, ripped open sealed paystub envelope."

"I worked here twice and it was not the best experience at all. First of all I saw some staff steal residents snacks which is not okay to do to begin with. Some staff wore slippers and unprofessional clothing to work. Staff talked rudely about other staff there especially when they themselves don’t really know how to care-give properly. When I first came here I noticed that a-lot of breaks are taken and it’s hard to find anyone when you need. It’s a very uncomfortable environment to work because people automatically judge you and assume you are “rude” only cause you are there to ONLY work and care for the residents as described in the job listing and not gossip about co workers or other things that aren’t related about work. I’ve been doing this for 6 years and on top of being a CNA so my standards are very high which may come across “rude” to some. I just wouldn’t recommend working here cause people can be fake to you’re face and moments later they run to each other and talk bad about you. Especially when you are a good worker. This place just reminded me of mean girls and I felt like I was in a high school scene. I loved the residents they are very sweet and loving. I love my job as a caregiver cause I know how to satisfy residents needs and provide really great care services."
