"I have only been a patient for about 4 weeks. I am not a huge fan of the way medicine is practiced in the USA. I don't like the thought of another pill to minimize the symptoms you are having rather then trying to treat the underlying causes. I was interested in the direct primary care model because frankly I'd rather pay the doctor I see directly every month rather than the upper management's bonuses at a big operation or over pay for insurance. That being said, in comes Dr. Barnett. His staff has been very friendly. I don't have a problem getting an appointment. I have never felt rushed. I have been over medication, supplements, lifestyle and diet concerns with Dr. B and I always get clear information without any agenda. The treatment options he has in house are terrific. I honestly wish I had known about his practice sooner. I am continually impressed by his knowledge and desire to help optimize my health. If you have not considered the DPC route I would certainly encourage it. It is not that expensive in the long run and the type of care I have received from Dr. B. and his staff far exceeds the expense. I know more now about my health in a 4 week period than I did over the last 4 years. I really can't say enough good about him. I'm glad his practice is in Salem!"

"Your problem is Luba. She lies, she's lazy, and she's lacking any real diplomacy or skill. She says she will do what she promises to do, and then simply doesn't. Then she blames everyone and everything, rather than just taking responsibility and fixing the issue. What kind of person do you have working for you? I'll tell you; when an important MRI was ordered and refused by insurance because she had *again* failed at doing even the basic parts of her job- she actually suggested your patient with a probable bone infection, should just pay out of pocket. For an MRI. Is Luba stupid? Or does she say those things to be purposely obtuse and insensitive? That behavior is repugnant, and Luba is inept, dangerous to the public, lacks empathy, and seems to weaponise her ignorance just to make people suffer. She's repeatedly failed to do what she says she will do, and people's quality of life is greatly reduced because of her. You, Dr. Barnett- are complicit in her atrocious behavior if she remains working at this clinic. No one threatened you. We advocated for the patient you should be advocating for. You're both repugnant and if my friend loses her leg because of your ineptitude and ignorance, you'll be dealing with Huegli and Fraser."
