"All these reviews years ago....makes me feel better that it was not just me. She is very rude, condescending and all these things people have mentioned. Very unprofessional and doesn't really listen, she hasn't changed one bit. I gave up and walked out on her a couple days ago, I'm filing a grievance. Dr's are so short of hand, I'm sorry for those like me who had to endure this because there is no longer a choice."

"I found Kaplan to be ignorant about common health conditions that older people deal with. She would tell me something about a medical condition, I'd go home and check her "facts" with national organizations that help people with that condition (and also with major health care organizations). It would turn out that Kaplan was simply uninformed about these basic health matters and was giving me false information about my health care"

"The absolute WORST medical experience I have ever had. She was extremely rude and off putting as was her entire staff. She wrote me a prescription and then proceeded to never fill out a pre authorization form for my insurance so I ended up having to pay for it full price. I called the office multiple times asking to have it dont until one day I tried to call over and over again and the phone calls never went through. Not sure what's going on, all I can say is never ever go here for medical care."

"She was condescending & wouldn't listen to me. I feel I have symptoms of metal allergies and she says it's depression. Funny, depression is one of the symptoms of metal allergies... She won't even test me. Told me if I wanted that kind of a dr. to go see an ND because she only does real science. HA! ND's have to have way more schooling than MDs. They have to take all the classes MDs do AND more. I was right about my infections in my ears and sinuses, and I was right about having mastitis, but she thinks I am wrong about the allergies. I think I will send her a result of the tests when I get them done. My ears get infected from wearing earrings. Gee another symptom that she refuses to look at. I went to an ND and guess what? I had soooo much heavy metal poisoning! The ND did Chelation therapy and I am better now! Oh and guess what? NO MORE DEPRESSION!! I wish I could sue for malpractice."

"My experience with Dr. Kaplan was very uncomfortable. I expressed concerns about some issues I had noticed and she responded with a condescending attitude and actually argued with me about the symptoms I was experiencing. I would not recommend her services to anyone."
