"My mother received excellent care from both regular Housecall Providers and Housecall Providers Hospice. Ashley Schumacher was her PCP in the regular program and was caring, informed, and attentive when Mom started to decline. She was backed up by a wonderful team, including social workers and chaplain. These people helped us transfer Mom from assisted living to a wonderful adult care home. Hospice took over at that point and were very supportive of both us family and the manager of the adult care home. Through a difficult time, Housecall Providers was there. One caution: it took awhile from contacting Housecall Providers until the initial intake appointment. So don't delay, reach out as soon as home-based care becomes your preference."

"Housecall Providers have been the best primary care providers I've ever had. I never feel rushed, which is an amazing experience nowadays. They are easily reached by phone, and the portal is good for leaving messages that in my experience are dealt with pretty rapidly. My nurse practitioner is wonderful and the experience I had with one of the MDs was warm and caring, which I find unusual, too. Many doctor offices like to say on their websites that they like to work with the patient as a team, but that is rarely what happens, in my experience. I truly do feel that way with my nurse practitioner. One thing I've always hated is that the staff at doctors' office often feel like a wall meant to protect the doctor from you. They can be aggressively cold. I've never felt that way with Housecall Providers and it is truly refreshing."
