"We had high hopes for this place after another DR referred us here. We called & were told our insurance was accepted by some offices and not by other offices. It took 48 hours to get ahold of One Medical and when we finally did they said this was not true and all offices would be covered by our insurance. So, we did a 3 way call with our insurance company and our insurance company again said One Medical Representatives were incorrect. One Medical said that can't be and would call us back shortly. 1 week later and we haven't heard from anyone... During that week we have been trying to get ahold of someone to check and no one has returned phone calls or messages. "Fall in love with your doctors office"... lol... So you want me to pay $200 annually for great customer service and convenience yet when I'm not even a customer yet you can't answer a phone or call back after a week."
