"I never had a problem in this location. Maybe they are just upset that the receptionist is Mexican. I was there last week and brought an order for my mom and she help us with no problem. The waiting room was full of people and I saw people getting angry at her for not helping with their blood test and she kept repeating that she was imaging and the lab people were understaff and that appointments went in first and she offered to help them set up an appointment. The lab people are also very nice and we have never had any problems at this location. Maybe they are just too many Karens."

"Front desk not helpful when troubleshooting an issue with receiving a faxed X-ray order. Very frustrating, especially because I waited an hour for something that should have taken 20 minutes. No advocacy on the behalf of the patient; just kept saying No, we don’t have it."

"This clinic has one of the rudest medical receptionists I have ever met. You are certainly not warmly greeted here. She was rude to me about my questions about them having received a fax order for an X-ray my doctor wanted. His office made 4 attempts to send it over and my doctor ‘s computer said it was sent successfully. She was rude to an elderly lady that did not realize that she had to “check in”. The woman was not greeted and had sat for 20 minutes before getting up to see why she had not been called in for her appointment. If your doctor sends you to this clinic for imaging, be sure you ask for anyone other than Carla. She appears not to like her job very much. She is very curt and never smiles."

"Dr Stephen J Tang at this facility incorrectly read x-ray to conclude that there was no fracture to my daughter's foot. An additional x-ray at another facility 2 days later read by another doctor correctly identified the fracture and location which was exactly where my daughter had been experiencing pain. Since imaging is all that this facility does, they should not be missing fractures (especially those in the exact location a patient reports pain) and it is dangerous to do so. I recommend going to a different facility for x-rays as trust in the results is essential for proper medical care."

"I had good service here. This low rating is based on the deceptive signage for the location of the actual imaging office. You can see in the photos that “Legacy Medical” is prominently on the building in two places—this leads one to think the entry to Legacy Health Imaging would be easy to find, on the ground level, easily marked on the entry door. After 10 minutes walking around the entire building on the ground floor past many shops and restaurants, looking for the entrance to Legacy Health, I finally saw a tiny sign with arrow to “Legacy Health” and as I got closer to the sign I saw that the arrow was pointing up some steps. You barely see the tiny sign with arrow in my photos. I trudged up the steps and before I even checked in I said to the receptionist “oh my God, I finally found you, I’ve been wandering around this property looking for this office.” She had obviously heard this from every patient coming in the door and was understandably irritated hearing it yet again. Fortunately I got to the destination early so I wasn’t late for my appointment after spending a good 10-15 minutes walking around looking for the office. Legacy Health really needs to fix this ridiculous situation with some clear signage."
