"Complete lifesavers, our furnace quit working due to a frozen condensation line. The provider we have service contract with that states they are 24x7 (They are not) could not get us on the schedule for at least 24 hours. Placed a quick call to Divine and they had us up and running in less than 2 hours. This was on a 24 degree day so it was a pretty big deal to get us fixed so fast. Matt the technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be switching our service contract to Divine!"

I was also present during install. The same technician performed the install. He was again friendly and professional, completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up after himself, and the install looked as expected.
