"Beaverton Plumbers helped us with a plumbing emergency. During the cold snap a few weeks back, we had a pipe that froze. It was not discovered until the pipe had thawed. Once that happened, we had water everywhere. Thankfully, they came right out and fixed the broken pipe and stopped the water. They were very responsive and we will use them again."

"Be very careful if you consider hiring Beaverton Plumbing. I was presented with two options for a plumbing project my business required. The first proposal was very expensive and greatly exceeded our requirements. The second proposal was far less expensive and what we needed. I told them I wanted to go the less expensive route and have them do what my business required. The plumbers showed up and started on the more expensive project. They tore out cement and walls. When I saw that they were doing work I did not authorize or approve, they told me to contact the GM. I contacted the GM and told him that they were doing the wrong project scope and he agreed and said you're right. Then they left it for me to have the concrete re-poured and the walls repaired as well as a bill for all the work done to date. When I told them I refuse to pay for work I did not authorize, they tried to blame my employee who scheduled the time and let them in the door, because she didn't tell them to stop the work they were doing. They did not take responsibility for their admitted mistake and just left me to deal with having to fill the cement, repair the walls and hire a new plumber to do the work. I would never recommend or hire these guys."
