"I would, with no hesitation, call Palm Industries again if we ever have flood or fire damage. Last August we had a water line burst overnight, discovering more than half the house flooded come morning. It was 5am and they had a team member there in half an hour, followed by about a dozen+ workers by 8am. Looooong story short, they obviously knew what they were doing...extracting the water, drying things out, assessing damage, carefully packing up contents, removing furniture to their climate contolled storage, etc. Was it fun? NOOOO!!! But their crew was such a positive, helpful team that (somewhat) reduced the stress of the situation. They obviously cultivate a very positive work culture within their company. Build back took longer than I'd have liked, (I'd have preferred everything to be done yesterday!) but they worked so well with our insurance adjuster, and they were very professional and detail oriented (Details: so. many. details!) Communication was also excellent. They pulled workers off our job a few times, due to an emergency mitigation elsewhere, and what could I say? I remember the morning of our flood, Caleb was calling other (scheduled) jobs to postpone them. The first time the insurance adjuster came out, he asked me why I chose Palm Industries. (Thanks, Google!) He told me they are NOT one of their preferred providers...but...(and he leaned over, and quietly said, "Well, you chose the right company- they're the best, they do things right!") and said he enjoys working with them. Fortunately, not being on the preferred list, did NOT rule them out from the job! I later asked Palm's manager WHY they aren't preferred. He said the insurance companies put too many restrictions on duration of time they can use the drying equipment, etc. They prefer abiding by industry best practices, rather than arbitrary timelines set by the insurance companies. Kudos to Sean, Caleb, Zeb, Ricky, Austin, and ALL of you!"

"They charged my son $5000 for 2 young unskilled inexperienced workers to perform 10 hours of packing & moving. They had to log each item they packed, so they were extremely slow. They left boxes half full. They didn’t organize the storage unit he provided so he had to hire real workers to totally rearrange the unit to utilize the space properly & to finish the job. They threw all his food into garbage bags without authorization or permission. The owner personally bullied him into paying the high bill. $5000 for approx 2 pick up truck loads to be packed & moved 8 miles is flat thievery. Update. Thank you Palm industries for responding to my review. First off, there was no smoke damage to my son’s apartment second off I don’t think he understood everything you were laying down for him. He was just looking for a moving company because his apartment did not sustain any damage at all from the fire that was contained at the other end of the triplex And I’m sure you’re very aware of this. So you offered a service that he didn’t need at your level and you took advantage of the fact that he had insurance and charging him $5000 for your two people to go in there and pack stuff up for five hours for two days And put it in the storage unit for him is not an acceptable rate at all no matter how you look at it you can say all you want about your fancy little restoration company, but you took advantage of somebody and that’s wrong. Most people don’t even realize that your business exist. I was there when you approached my son, you had no vehicle that showed what your company was. You approached us in the manner of a moving company not a restoration company. You offered a service that he didn’t need and we told you that but then again while I wasn’t there you came back or someone from your company did and got him to agree to have you guys at least move his stuff. Well you’re not moving company your registration company and he didn’t know you’re gonna charge him so much, I mean really a few hundred dollars is what they charge OK you took advantage of someone and that’s the bottom line. I’ve contacted Better Business Bureau we’ll see what they have to say."

"Palm was great to work with! The team was available and on site quickly and our flooded rooms and bathroom were mitigated rapidly. We were very impressed with the quality of the build back as well. I could not recommend enough Andrew, Caleb, and the team!"

"We had a pipe burst in our shower wall, at 8PM on a Saturday night. No one in my county answered to help. ONLY Palm Industries located in Grants Pass answered and were at my house in under two hours to help us make sure we got the water turned off and let us know what the issue was. Then they came back two days later to tackle the clean up and were at my house everyday afterwards to make sure the house was ready for a plumber and the buildback. It was a manager (Shout out Sean M!) who came that first night, told me to contact my insurance company, and then helped me understand the process the whole way. Completely solid and professional. Every person was kind and worked hard. Palm Industries sets the standard for how this works. I am beyond thankful!"

"If you need a great team of guys, who work quickly and efficiently to get things done Palm Industries is definitely my first option. We had our flooring in the back of our house flood. Babies nursery, closet, laundry room all had the floor flooded. We contacted Palm Industries and they were able to come the next day to diagnose the problem and get started. Not only did they quickly fix and solve the problem, they’re a great bunch of guys. I’m a stay at home Mom and I’m home by myself with my son all day. These guys made me feel comfortable, with them coming into my home. Great service and professionalism! Caleb and Dan are quick to answer any questions you might have, and fix any issue that arises while they’re working the job. Donald put the flooring in, and was very efficient with his time. I loved their work so much, I asked them to do my whole front living room, and it looks amazing!! Overall I give their business a 5, I would give more if I was able!
