"Amazing customer service. New and great things happening at point S Grant's Pass. Went in for a brake pad swap, after further inspection with Jeremy, we both agreed for safety & to prevent and future damage, replacing rotors was needed, visually inspecting the disk, this was definitely true, not only did he recommend but always wasn't comfortable doing just a pad sawp.. I highly agreed and respected that decision. I was able to order my own high performance parts which they informed me wouldn't be under any warranty but only the labor could be.. Understandable. Only took a few hours and they we're willing and able to give me a ride home despite being busy & given very little notice of my request.. I trust them with all my vehicles and highly value the level of honesty & respect I received & would recommend anyone to utilize any of thier services.."
