He didn't answer my calls. My brother called him, to no avail! When I finally talked with him, in June, he told me that he would make sure that I got the pole in within the next week. 3 weeks later. Pacific power cancel. I lost $ on permits, multiple, because of Troy Sorenson."

"High praise, for the call taker Jennifer to Troy who called me back to Brett and Colton who did the job! I called with a list of items found on the Inspection of a house I was buying for my mom. Jennifer advised me that they weren’t taking new clients because they were booked so far out but she said someone would look at the list and call me. I was trying to make this house ready for my mom to move right into. (In one week) Troy called me back the day after I closed on the house, he was sympathetic to my situation and sent his guys out the very next day. When they arrived I was shocked and touched to learn that they weren’t just here to bid the job but to perform the work. Brett and Colton were thorough and conscientious and professional. The house didn’t have central heat or air so we discussed a mini split. Troy referred me to Rocky at Caveman Heating. The companies worked together to coordinate this next phase, which hasn’t been completed yet but I’m confident that it will go smoothly. I am grateful for your presence in this community."
