"I've been battling panic attacks, anxiety, and depression for a long time. I've tried medications prescribed by psychiatrists and doctors, but I didn't like the side effects or the fact that they lose effectiveness over time. You have to give the neurofeedback therapy time to work on your brain for it to have results that you can notice."
