"So I have to agree with everyone else here 5 stars, no complaints! I have been a little 5 star happy in my reviews lately but this one is well deserved. I called around to a few places but I stuck with Wayne because the first thing he told me was that the repair I needed would probably cost more than a new PC. That kind of honesty sits right in my values and how I like to spend my money, He was more concerned about my wallet than his, that's just good business that large companies usually don't offer. I went ahead with the repair, it is a 3000 dollar laptop (or was 2 years ago) one of my kids dropped it and broke a welded piece that required several parts to repair. Wayne let me save more money buying my own parts! I can't overstate how much I appreciate giving customers savings when you can, especially when it is a small business. So I should say too, I don't recommend buying your own parts if you are not intimately knowledgeable about your machine, let the professionals do it. Anyway I was more than satisfied with the job and time it took. After a short delay of buying a new part, he got it back quickly and around a holiday! I could have sent it to the manufacturer for repair but small business comes first! I will be sending everyone I know who needs computer services here. I think you should give him your business too. I really don't think you'll regret it."
