"--Update - I am not certain it was any fault of the work done, I wanna make that clear. It was a Fender liner, that may have just had a rock hit it and I wrongly assume it was there work, I cannot prove either way. My issue is not with work so much as attitude and treatment from the place. This was a cheap easy fix. $40 part and 20 min to fix it. Within hour after I left this review a person came to my personal business and made threats and insults because of my "inexcusable attitude towards other businesses and straight up lies". I have had no problem with any other business for a long time so it seems if you do anything but praise this place they might just show up at your home or work to harass you. I saved the messages. Yikes.--- What an Absolute nightmare. I have gone to and recommended this place for 30 years. Last time I went a mistake they made they kept my car in their shop an extra month so I left a less than stellar review. When the work they did fell apart yesterday I brought it in and the guy went mental on me accusing me of throwing them under the bus and refused to do anything about it after I left a bad review. Accused me of trying to rip them off. If they had not made my seat not work making me lose my car for an addition month (total repair time was about 4 months for front bumper) I would have left a much better review. I have continued to recommend them but after today I will not. If you upset a customer and they leave a less than stellar review(3.5 stars, not THAT bad), maybe fix the issue, apologize, do not swear at them and tell them since they left a bad review they can go to hell. Worse experience ever with mechanic or body shop. Place has a legacy, but I can not longer recommend this place. I have full coverage, my insurance would cover it anyway, I have no reason to lie about what happened. The way this guy treated me was over the top and after an $5800 repair to be treated as such was insane. Now a 3.5 star review on an obscure site will be 1 star on EVERY venue I can find you on instead."

"Took my Scion TC to get my front fender dent removed and a touch up on my bumper. I had two spots that I wanted to get redone as well. The guy said he could touch up the two pieces when they take off the bumper. He said it would take 5 days to do it. Brought it in on a Monday at 8:30, and I received a call from them on that Thursday morning saying my car was done. Went and picked up my car and it looked beautiful! The gentleman who helped me was so awesome! Super sincere, very kind, and really wanted to make sure everything fit to the schedule I was on. My car originally had a clear bra on it, and I noticed that it was competently gone and I thought it was weird. I went and asked him and he said they would call me in about a week or two to put it back on. During that time he mentioned that since my entire bumper was off that they just redid the whole thing and painted it. I was not expecting that. Car looks completely brand new. Insanely pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone any day. Thank you Possum Auto Body. If I ever need fixing on my car again, I will definitely be coming back!"
