(If you grew up with sewing machines, it's like This Is Your Life.) I came in after having scoured the internet to replace a lost carrying case mounting screw for my vintage Kenmore 13402. That part is out of stock everywhere, likely never to be produced again. Hardware stores don't stock anything like it, and nowhere could I find a spec for it. Luckily I still had one of the two mounting screws; Jeff measured it and wrote down the spec for me. I ordered accordingly from an online supplier and, with a washer, it works perfectly! Now, finally, I can bolt my machine to its case and put it away when I'm not using it. Thank you, Jeff! (For anyone in the same predicament, a pair of #12-28 x 3/4" screws is what you need to mount this Kenmore model to a cabinet or case.)"
