The front office was very personable and showed urgency in getting my issue addressed and clearly explained the service I was receiving (electrical system check) and the set price for the service. The results were in my favor with a simple fix, however they continued to look for any additional issues that could be caused for concern without pushing for any unnecessary work. Unfortunately I was only visiting the area otherwise I'd probably make this place my go to for auto work I couldn't do myself."

"THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH! Our car broke down while in Eugene, thankfully right next to Randall’s. Even though they were super busy they got us on a lift right away & found out what was going on (a mechanic we went to just a few days before had no clue). They were able to source our part & have our car ready within a day & were so helpful in giving us rides to & from a rental car office as well. Amazing customer service. Explained everything in detail & tried to their best to save us money. Sat in the waiting room for a bit & listened to conversations they had with quite a few other customers - haven’t ever head anything like it at a mechanic. They take time to break down what’s going to make sure everyone (even the most clueless with cars!) understands the work they do & why.
