"Quoted for the replacement gutter I needed and identified a couple of other areas that had been badly installed by others years ago that would have caused future problems if not fixed. Quoted all the permutations I asked for to allow me to select the most critical bits for an affordable scope. Had to reschedule first appointment since their first job overran, but let me know as soon as it was clear they would run out of time (good communication). Next appointment was early in the day and prompt arrival. The two man crew were extremely professional and personable. The extra remedial work I thought would be hacked about in situ was achieved by removing, re-trimming nearly and reinstalling. What would have taken me a whole day to do badly was done beautifully in about an hour. Would definitely use again."
"We desperately needed all of our gutters replaced and Oregon Gutter Service was fantastic. They replaced all of our gutters and installed gutter shields in a mere day and a half. They went above and beyond to ensure that our fascia was in good shape, our downspouts were relocated to better drainage positions that still blended in well with our exterior, and cleaned up after their work very well. Highly recommend."
"Our very old house needed new gutters and we decided to go with Portland Oregon Gutter Service. Although the job was rescheduled the day before it was scheduled, we were blown away by the install team. Nothing about our roof was sloped properly. Micah, Cree, and Tucker were professional, easy going, always smiling and positive, and extremely knowledgable. You can tell they've been doing this a long time and care about how well the job turns out. Couldn't have asked for a better team... thanks, guys!"
"We needed our gutters replaced and were very fortunate to choose Oregon Gutter Service. They were very responsive when I called their phone - no long wait times or automated service. And if I had to leave a message, they got back to me quickly. The work was done to our satisfaction and they checked with us twice before beginning work to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted. After they were finished, they fully explained what they did and why. They actually did more than I expected and I was thrilled that they were able to improve upon all of my existing gutter problems. Their services went above and beyond my expectations and I found them to be extremely professional and courteous. I can highly recommend this company."
"We had a smooth experience with Oregon Gutter Service in estimation, communication and installation of the new gutters. The snag came when I climbed onto the roof and discovered standing water in the new gutters due to lack of drainage (the downspout was not clogged). The not so good: - There is standing water, 1/3 to 1/4 inch deep, at the bottom of two newly installed gutters due to lack of drainage. - Contacted the company, got the following reply: "Normal to have up to 1 inch of water standing in the gutters" The good: - Easy communication with the main office. - Quick and professional estimate for the job. All questions answered. And this was around Christmas time when it is hard to get someone to come over. - Quick service: crew did the job in less than a week after the estimate. - The crew was clean and professional. - The new gutters look nice, are sloped away from the house, so that any overflow will drain away from the house. - The new gutters are working well, there is no overflow even in the downpour rains. Details: - Standing water, 1/3 to 1/4 inch deep, remains at the bottom of the gutter alongside the entire 24 foot length of the newly installed south-facing gutter due to lack of drainage. - About two-thirds of the length of the newly installed west-facing gutter has standing water in it as well. - At the same time, the newly installed east-facing gutter drains properly and dries out. - Contacted the company, got the following reply from the office in about a week's time after submitting the pictures of standing water in the gutters: "Normal to have up to 1 inch of water standing in the gutters""
