"Not sure if ownership changed or just the management/service writer, but there was a big shift in how Toy Doctor operated within the last ~year. I had nothing but positive experiences previously, cross-shopping proved they were one of the fairest shops in town and I was a repeat customer as a result... Now I'm getting pressured into jobs I don't want done, and getting quotes from them that are twice what other shops will charge for mundane service items.
