The staff is friendly and communicative, but unfortunately it took nearly 3 weeks for them to confirm they couldn't fully fix my broken screen (Google Pixel 7 Pro). I was told it is an issue with Google, and maybe that's true, but now I have to start all over to find another repair center and in the meantime I'm using a much older phone."
