"Albert Garcia is a professional’s professional. He arrived on the scene when he said he would. He quickly analyzed the cause of our septic tank blockage that led to the sewage backup into our basement laundry room on Christmas Eve. Thereafter, he efficiently restored proper drainage. Albert did all of this at night after a full day’s work. And drove 2 hours from Portland to do so while most were enjoying their holidays. In sum, Albert is gentleman who knows his trade. I feel fortunate to have met him. He has my highest recommendation!"

"5 stars for the Tech, 3 stars for the company. Hard working service tech came out and spent a couple hours fixing 2 bath tub drains. Very nice, very helpful. Working great now. My complaint is the price. This is not a $500/hour service especially when it wasn’t an emergency service. I made an appointment more than 24hours in andvance and waited my turn. Even though I was told up front about the price, they had me because I needed it fixed and I had already waited 2+hours past my service appointment window (5-7pm) for him to arrive at around 9:30pm and had to stay up while he fixed it until nearly 11:30pm. Overall, my drain works, the tech was awesome, but the price and timeliness was subpar."

"Albert was awesome! He was genuine, kind, and very informative. He helped me solve my drain/septic problem and educated me on what was causing the issue. In the end, it was a septic issue, and not a problem with my pipes being clogged and instead of just charging me $500 to fish out a pipe to hold us over in the meantime till we get the septic company out here, in which we would have to pay two separate bills at that point. He told me that it was totally fine and no worries at all, for I felt pretty bad for wasting his time, not knowing that it was a septic problem in the first place. I had a great experience with Albert. He knows customer service. He truly knows how to treat people. Thanks Albert!"
