"We took our van there for close to 10 years. Nearly all impossible to reach someone in service on the phone. For a dealership the techs don’t seem very knowledgeable. No shuttle service available or limited. No loaners. Glad we no longer have a Dodge or Chrysler"

"The guy working service called my husband an idiot and his manager who heard this just doubled down and was completely rude.. we bought 60k dollar truck from you and then when a warranty issue comes up this is how we got treated!! This is absolutely 100% not what customer service should be. We will never return to this dealership for anything!! You guys need to seriously look at how your employees treat your customers!!! Get it together people!!! If zero stars was an option that would still be too many stars!!"

"I do not recommend buying a car from this Dick’s auto group location. I still have not recovered my paperwork. I’ve called multiple times, and someone said they will get back to me and then I never hear from them again. The reception lady took my name and phone number down I called back 4-6 hours later and she said I never called her. Once I described my situation AGAIN she says “oh yes I remember you did call” yeah I did why would I lie about that? The sales people also promised to have the service department replace a tail light that was not working. The gentleman said the service department will call to get me in the next day. Well they never called and when I called them they had no idea what I was talking about. Why are they selling cars that aren’t street legal? I am the one that pointed out that the tail light was out. Again I do not recommend this location to anyone!!!"

"HIGHLY recommend this place if you need work on your vehicle. They worked with us to fix both our cars and we’re knowledgeable, helpful, kept in contact with us and PATIENT. We recently fixed an issue on my car that was a recall with no known resolution. My husband researched a fix and they were quick to help us get it resolved and I’m so happy to have my car back and working again!! 10 ⭐️ if I could."

"I have been coming using this service department since I purchased my RAM1500 5 years ago. This is the first dealership that I trust to do a quality job and keep me in the loop with any repairs/maintenance that I need. I have never been surprised with the bill or any "add-ons" that they insist I need. This service department is also very good at letting you know what may be coming up so that you can plan ahead. My brakes are getting close to being replaced, which I was notified of during my last visit. I took my Ram in last week for standard maintenance expecting to have to replace my brakes, but upon inspection they let me know I can hold off until my next regularly scheduled visit. I really appreciate the honesty, I would have never known better if they had just proceeded with replacing the brakes. In addition, the waiting area is comfortable, with plenty of comfortable seating, TV's, and refreshments."
