"My heating system was not working. My technician, Steven Santos,did a very thorough analysis of the heat pump, furnace and controller. He did a good job of explaining the issues and answering my many questions. He provided an estimate for repairs and seamlessly arranged for someone to come to the house, analyze the system and provide an estimate for replacing the heat pump. This was very reasonable given the age of the unit. Steven was a pleasure to work with: professional, thorough, informative and curteous."

"Furnace went out during the ice storm. Since the house is on a steep hill and most of the city was without power, we didn’t think it would be likely that someone could come out to take a look. Wolfer’s sent a tech the same day with chains on their vehicle. Friendly and helpful service. We decided to replace the furnace instead of troubleshoot it, due to the age of the system. It was installed a few days ago by techs Beto and Erik. The entire experience was above expectations and went smoothly. They worked diligently and communicated well throughout the whole process. "OK. I'm about to blow all of your minds with Thee Most A-1, Blue Ribbon, Aces, 50,000 stars review for Wolfer's Home Services. My A/C unit from 1988 (that's not a typo) ultimately died a month or so ago and in a panic, I called Wolfer's to throw me a life line. The tech came out the next morning and literally spent 5 hours diagnosing and checking every possible malfunction that could be happening. The news wasn't good, but the tech, Junior, gave me all of the options, plain and simple, but with thorough explanations for each option. I felt no pressure whatsoever, which was nice, because I was literally having an anxiety attack. I went ahead and scheduled a Comfort Consultation for later that afternoon, and even THAT experience was positive! The guy came out, looked at my existing furnace, etc., etc., and was completely reassuring about the situation. No high pressure sales pitch, just factual options. I was so completely relieved when I was told that I could finance the new A/C unit, which turned out to be less difficult than driving through downtown Portland. My new, efficient, shiny and beautiful A/C unit was installed in less than 48 hours since the old unit died! Bottom line? These folks are super-friendly, supportive, informative and enthusiastic about their work. The company has been around since 1902 and they literally invest in their employees by paying for their trade education. When I was told that bit of information, I knew that I was going with the right company. Wolfer's Forever."
