"I had an appointment with Krishna yesterday for acupuncture. It was an afternoon appt. and my day had already been super stressful and busy and I knew when I had to go back to work, I would have an even bigger pile of stuff to do before I could leave for the day. As soon as you walk into her space, you feel like you are in a different place, almost spa like. The sounds, smells and right amount of light make it a place you do not want to leave. She talked extensively about me and my life (first time appt.) so she could treat what was bothering me. I'm not really too into needles, so I was a little uneasy even though I did not want her to know that. After the treatment I felt very relaxed, not stressed and felt like I could easily tackle the rest of my day ahead instead of dreading it as I did on the way to her office. Even today, I still feel more relaxed and able to cope with the stresses of kids, commute and job. I highly recommend Krishna Avalon and will be a more frequent visitor. Bonus, she takes many insurances!"

"Krishna is an excellent acupuncturist. If you are hesitant or new to acupuncture, Krishna does a great job gently guiding you through her treatment and answers any questions along the way. From the moment you enter the studio, you are greeted with her warm and calming energy. Prior to treatment, she takes her time deeply listening to your symptoms and history and develops a plan for your needs. After just one treatment, I felt relief in long standing symptoms. I cannot recommend Krishna highly enough!"
