"We are new to the area from out of state and have had to take two of our dogs in to be seen. Both times our pet was taken in promptly by a very friendly tech who treated our animal with much appreciated delicacy and kindness. Due to COVID restrictions, we could not go in with our pet so we waited for the Doctor to call. The phone calls from the Doctors were very informative, but not rushed, and I felt that they genuinely wanted me to understand what they were saying and were patient with questions. We have since called with concerns while we were out of town and the staff was great with dealing with our questions and relating them to the doctor."
