"my experience with them was terrible. I called & schedule an appointment because we have a very very large water leak. They couldn't get us in for two weeks. The day of the appointment came & went & they no-showed. I called several times a day over the next five days & they never answered their phone I only got the answering machine. I left several messages with no call back. I finally emailed them & their response was to tell me to find another plumber."
"I had a broken pipe from a huge winter storm, he called back quickly and spoke to my panicked wife, calmed her down. Then gave me very patient and great advise for solving the problem even though he was busy with other plumbing emergencies. Didnt ask for anything in return. I will be calling them back for any future plumbing jobs. Thank you so much!"
"I sent them an email on Dec 9th with instructions of what I needed. I did this based on the prior time I had them out to fix something. I called them the week of Jan 4th to see if they had it done, as I would need to bring some addition parts and pieces over if they had got the work done, they said they had not got the work done. I asked how much longer and his reply was give me a couple weeks and we should get it done... 3 weeks have passed and the work has still not been done. I just called them and he could even tell me when he could get me on his schedule. He then recommended I find a different plumber. What? Yeah... never again will I deal with these clowns."
"I called Christensen’s to get a shower pan installed and the copper redone for a new shower valve. Was great timing they actually came out the next day and completed the work. Went quickly, the charge was very reasonable, and the plumbers were very professional. Will definitely use these guys again"
