"Unfortunate to have had a bad experience here. I took my truck in to have a simple hood latch repair. I was charged $127 -- which would have been a great price if in fact it had been repaired. One week later hood wouldn't latch - back to square one - took it back to the shop only to be gaslighted by mechanic claiming he had repaired it and then he quoted $650 - $700 for repair! Wow."
"The only place in town I will ever take a vehicle. I have lived in a lot of places and unfortunately had a lot of experience with various mechanics, dealerships and shops. These guys are legit! They are honest, fair and very talented. They do not up sell, over charge or mess around. They do not give up on challenging projects. They actually care about the customer and their community. Do not even consider going anywhere else! Also, Jeff with All Clear who also works out of the same shop is your guy for auto glass, windshields as well as all your car audio. Again, 100% quality guys! It is not very often a person is thankful for their mechanic but, that is how I feel about these guys!"
"I had a windshield chip that ended up cracking across the middle of my window. I reached out to Jeff at Rawe and he was soooo acommadating. He came to my work figured out which type of glass I needed for my car. When he went to Portland to get the replacement glass it wasn't to his standards, so he asked the company to order another piece. When it came in Jeff took my car for less than 2 hours and did the repair and drove my car back to me at work. Stellar service."
