"First off i cant believe some people. Like the owner said, we are only human and theres only so much we can do as humans. We don't have superhuman powers to make everything perfect. You need to learn to respect those who go out of their way to take care of your pets and do the best to their knowledge to treat your pets. You don't need to bash someone when your are not perfect either. I haven't left a review yet and I keep meaning too. It's been a very busy couple months. So first I would like to say... I couldn't say enough about this place. They are ALWAY ALWAYS on top of everything. I'm a bugga boo haha and anytime I call about anything big or small. They literally are there to answer any question or concern I have. They will not hesitate to call you, answer your questions, get you in asap when your pet needs to be seen. I only trust these people and this vet with my pets. Every place I have seen have been dirty and unkempt or very run down and this place is spotless for a vet. It smells good for a vet and it's clean. You know these people actually care about the actual human and their pet. They care that when your pet comes in, that it's clean and healthy for your pet to be seen. Now don't get me started on the people. They are so sweet, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have a dog Samson and two cats minnow and megumi who are a new addition to our family and these people treat them like they're their own. These people deserve so much respect and a round of applause. Also when I brought my sick cat in after only a month and we found out she had FIP. You would not believe the kindness and respect they showed. Every single staff member. Thank you all for your 100 percent efforts. We love you here. We will be at this vet for a long time.
