"I love this vet office! Jac (spelling?) the manager is awesome! Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable. The tech staff is always so nice, they answer all my questions and take such good and intentional care of my animals. Dr. Haggerty is amazing, truly. I never just feel like a person attached to a bill here, they remember me and my fur babies everytime. The entire staff has treated all my animals, especially my senior dog with the utmost love, care, patience, and respect. I can't imagine going anywhere else! The practice is always clean and welcoming as well."

"I am beyond pleased with the recent changes they've made!! One of my girls is super anxious and they do everything they can to make us both as calm and comfortable as possible. They listened to all my concerns and addressed each one individually. The Dr. gave me great information and advice but my very favorite thing is the new front staff!!! "I am extremely picky and choosy when it comes to my dog’s care and I trust the techs at Canterbury 100%. I’ve met with 2 veterinarians here & both were kind & understanding as well. My APBT mix dislikes being handled by people that aren’t me & I’ve been told that she needs to be sedated to even be touched at a clinic we weren’t happy with in the past. My dog has grown to be more tolerant of the staff and they are PHENOMENAL with her, seriously. I’m a broke college student whose dog is my whole life, and they make everything so easy for me; they price match meds, accept CareCredit, always answer the phone when I have some ridiculous question, have sent over records extremely quickly for Pet Insurance, and in my opinion provide affordable care even for those without Pet Insurance. I’m always shocked at how small my bill is. Scheduling appointments is a breeze & the staff has never made me feel poorly about my ignorance when it comes to canine medical care or any of my dog’s behavioural problems in a veterinary setting. We truly appreciate you & see how you guys go out of your way for Hannibal & me. Thank you reception, techs, and vets :) Felony & Olivia Edit: I wanted to shout out Dr. Brianne Hagerty by name. What a wonderful veterinarian. When I came home from our appointment I told my boyfriend verbatim, “I can’t say enough good things.” In the 10 months since I made my initial review, Felony’s behaviour at the vet has improved even further, and I think today’s appointment was the best one yet! Dr. H listened to all of my rambling and treated my delinquent daughter with so much care and kindness. I am so happy to call her our veterinarian! Also, always remember to be kind to your vet staff. People in this industry regularly get mistreated, abused, and suicide is shockingly common. I have always loved every team member I’ve interacted with at Canterbury; that’s why I make the 40 minute drive over when I could choose something local to me. The staff are compassionate, genuine, and true animal lovers. Just because they also need to get paid appropriately for their labour doesn’t change that fact. This veterinary hospital is a hidden gem and I trust them implicitly! Thank you to all staff for everything you do!"

Dr. Hagerty is a outstanding veterinarian who just wants to heal sick animals. I will always trust in her care for my furry friends.
