"We signed up for a class that they were putting on at LBCC. We signed up using the QR code on the mailer that they sent out. There were 4 ways to sign up, phone #, text, email or QR code. The night of the class people showed up to attend. We waited until 10 minutes after the class was supposed to start. Called the phone # on the mailer. The person didn't know anything about the class being canceled. She relayed the information to someone else who called me back and told me that they had canceled the class. I asked why weren't notified in advance and this is the response I received. "I notified the persons who called to register", but not anyone else. Then she had the gall to ask if I wanted to sign up for the rescheduled class. I replied not a chance. I wouldn't trust anything that comes from a class where the company is so unprofessional. We drove 30 minutes to attend this class and wasted time and money for nothing but to be treated with total disrespect. We wouldn't go to a class they sponsor, present, or recommend them to anyone else."
