"Scheduled an appointment with Eliza to speak to Mr Smith. Drove 35 minutes to his office. Was made to wait almost 10 minutes, by Eliza, who finally admits that she didn't put me on the schedule, and Mr Smith wasn't in the office. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed. I have no confidence in this agent's ability to help me manage my money. Will be going elsewhere. Also, the aroma candle or essential oils being used in the office forced both my wife and I to wait outside."

"In hindsight, I wish we had seen the review by Whitney H on Yelp (which after the fact, was enlightening to read) and moreover, I wish we never dealt with Mr. Smith’s office in the first place. Instead, we unfortunately were customers for years. During that time, in my opinion, Mr. Smith’s office’s services have unacceptably declined. “Preston” that Whiney H mentioned sought to help her - appears to be gone. We are so happy to have a new advisor where I don’t have to deal with the lack of response to message(s) left, the general run around, a lack of follow-up, etc."
