"Taylor is such a fabulous strength coach and has supported my fitness goals with fun workouts, nutrition advice, and encouragement. It helps she’s really fun to be around and talk to, so my workouts fly by. She always meets me where I’m at and will push me to improve, but not more than I can handle on any given day. Her pricing is very reasonable and a far better deal than paying for a gym membership I would literally never use. I hate working out in gyms because I feel like a fish out of water. I’d highly recommend Taylor as a strength coach or trainer for anyone who could benefit from one-on-one support. All my life I’ve been the typical runner who hates strength training. I always knew lifting weights was a game changer, but as I get older it is even more true. I couldn’t get these quality workouts in without Taylor’s help.
