"Shady operation. Rick will never tell you the full price of things, until after you fly. So many additional surcharges, totally false advertising based on their professed low rates on line. I've witnessed several mishaps on the field that are swept under rug and probably covered up from the FAA. Near misses, hitting stuff on the taxiway, trees, bushes, general lack of care taken. Outrageous behavior goes on unchecked, guys peeing outside of the hangars, potential fire hazards in the hangars, painting, using auto parts for airplanes dumping oil in the bushes near by. Also, trying to get fuel is not worth the effort here. FlyIt Academy monopolizes the ramp and doesn't care if they are blocking everyone else. Their students and flight instructors lack situational awareness and courteousness. Also, some kind of posse there if they don't like you they'll will go out on a campaign to harass and undermine, bordering on criminal behavior. I'm sure I'm next, but something needs to be said. Times up, the truth needs to come out about this operation. Bad vibes, bad news, unscrupulous business dealings."
