"Good morning!! Or at almost afternoon lol I just wanted to write and let you know that I enjoyed that class so much last night. I have two shoulder injuries one from 2010 on my left shoulder one from 2017 and now with my right shoulder, I’m always apprehensive to do too much upper arm work even though I need it because I don’t want my arms to hurt, well after your class last night, my shoulders feel so much better today, so I believe that the answer for recovery, is some light upper body workout!!! "I would never have expected to belong to a spin gym, but I gave StarCycle a try earlier this year and was quickly hooked! It's a challenge, for sure, but the instructors remind you that this is your workout, so you can do what you need to today. Yet they also inspire you to get past your pre-conceived limitations and surprise yourself. The studio is clean, the decorations are always seasonal and changing, and the energy is welcoming and upbeat. This workout is for anyone. I've gained strength, stamina, and found a source of self-care and total "me" time that I didn't know existed. I leave each ride thinking about when I can come back."

"I absolutely hate working out. Within 3 classes at StarCycle I bought an unlimited membership and my own shoes. I love how positive the classes are and the fun events like the glow happy hour class we had last month. I feel motivated and I feel good after class. I got excited that my name came up on a class I was waitlisted for because it meant I got to go again. The music is a little (ok a lot) loud for me but I wear earplugs and it brings it down to a tolerable level."
