She is caring, kind, and gentle. After my younger daughter contracted COVID, she outreached to check-in (which is absolutely not mandated by KP). Dr. Lin exemplifies that term "practicing medicine". Instead of providing misinformation or not having a response to my questions, she seeks out conclusive answers.
