"I have done business with liberty coin for years now. They are fair priced and never tried to take my money or do anything shady. As a matter of fact a couple times I brought in some diamonds that I didn't even know were real and they alerted me to the fact that they were offended authentic diamonds and offered me a fair price for them. They pay 5 to 7% back of spot and that is standard in the business. They're good guys not looking to rip anyone off. If you bring your stuff there they will be honest with you and tell you what The value is of the merchandise you bring in. I don't take my gold or silver anywhere else in the city. Anytime I have precious metals it goes directly to liberty coin they pay cash and their fair."

"I had a great time here! The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Also, their prices are better than anything on eBay for all of the coins, and the silver bar that I bought. I wanted to leave a small tip, as I like to do at any establishments where I have a great time. They explained to me that there’s no need for that and that they’re a family owned business. I really appreciate that, not only the savings on my purchase but also the wholesomeness of the whole operation. They understand that a lot of us are trying to invest in these things as a hedge against inflation, and they don’t want to feel obligated to pay any more than the price. "I stopped by here since there are only a few coin dealers in the area. I have not sold any coins to this company, so cannot comment on that, however I have stopped by to purchase items and will comment on that. One of the best things I can say about this place is it is bigger than the rest I have visited in the area and they seem to have a large variety of coins. This would be the reason for the 3 stars, lots and lots of space and coins. But..The main thing that one comes away from this store is the complete lack of customer service. Every time I have walked into this business, I have not once had someone say hi or ask if they can help me with anything. I have to walk around looking for myself. I once tried to ask some questions but got ignored. The only time I get to interact with someone is when i have been waiting by the cash register for a few minutes to purchase the few coins I decided to get. I am not a competitor but a simple person who has gotten back into coin collecting and trying to fill in my collection. I would spend more at this place if the business people would come to help me vice sitting in their chairs talking about playing games. Others in the area may not have the big collection they appear to have but I spend more cause the customer service and the helpfulness of the people working at those dealers."
