"Not o ky will I never ever come here again I'm currently pursuing corporate staff to have the store manager fired! Not o ky where we followed around like we where some type of criminal the manager had the odacity to put right accuse not ask not question but made statements to her like it was fact until her tiny mind was blown when she said well let me look in your bag not expecting my wife to Cooperate the look on her face when the items she was positive she stole where not there it wasn't until I pulled my camera out and demanded to speak to her manager this is when we found out that she was manager and instead of apologizing and owning up to her profiling prejudice like a decent human being would she kicks us out of the store rudely and disrespectful I do t know how in the hell Michael's does there hiring and promotion process but clearly this lady needs to be let go it's a shame I loved shopping at Michael's for years but after this experience I will never again give my money to this company"
"Went to get a new sewing machine and found exactly what I was looking for on sale! Kinsey I believe was the associates name, pointed me in the right direction and was very knowledgeable and kind. Even recommended a place for repairs in the future!"
"Was kindly told where to find needed item. Clerk knowledgeable and knew by name, but I couldn't find when went to aisle. Looked on one aisle for over 20 minutes and checked for more clerks to help with none to be found. Went back to designated aisle for needed item and searched some more. Finally, original clerk walked by and I called out to her for help on location. Apparently there was none in stock. Had to opt for a higher priced substitute."
"I love Michaels! They have everything from beading materials, baking/chocolate fun supplies, scrap booking, loads of garlands and other flowers/plants, to sewing, knitting, painting, crafting supplies. I have to be careful to stick to my list when I go in there! It is a crafters candy store for sure! And they are open on Sundays."
