There’s a strong NIA practice here too. NIA classes build strength, balance, focus through a low impact combination of martial arts, dance, music and mindfulness. "Ive been a member of this gym for six months. I have really apreciated the positive atmosphere and well kept facility. However, I have even more apreciated the courtesy and respect that staff have given me. I have a disability and use a service dog who is a medical necesitty. Having my service dog with me is protected by law, but I often experience access issues with businesses either not knowing the laws or disreguarding it. The staff not only respect me and know the laws reguarding service dogs, but are always very courtious speaking to me and not distracting my dog. This has made it a wonderful (and rare) experience for me."

"I had the absolute pleasure of training with Wes Hitchko at Just Move Fitness for the last month during a one-month stay in the area and could not give higher praise or recommendation for a personal trainer. On a whim, I scheduled a training session with him and ended up extending to 3-4 sessions a week because of how fantastic he is, despite a 35 minute commute to the gym. If you are looking for a jump-start, structure, accountability, or a great trainer, Wes is your guy! Wes is excellent; professional, approachable, calm, organized, and incredibly well-prepared. He curated a full plan for me for the month and got me out of a pandemic, holiday, and remote work rut. Wes makes it fun to come to the gym and takes away the typical intimidation factor due to his warmth, engagement, and encouragement.
