"Since I started, I have learned a lot about self defense, I'm having fun, and getting a great workout every time. The instructors are all very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. During class we usually work with a partner or in groups of three. I usually get to partner with one of the instructors at least once. More often when you are new. The lead instructor, who is usually the owner, Sheena, will move around and give advice. As a beginner, I already feel more confident, but there are very advanced students who enjoy coming as well. Whenever I have partnered with any of them, they have been very nice and helpful to me."
