"The people are friendly and the workers are professional, however, I called them in to fix a drain and toilet back up. The toilet is still slightly problematic and the sink fully backed up again when I had guests. I was told to call for warranty if there were issues. I called within 30 days and they came out and fixed the sink. I received the bill and it is not covered under warranty. The manager said the warranty is 7 days, however, there is nothing in writing regarding their warranty. After explaining the issue, they stuck with the 7 day story. Good people, company doesn’t stand behind their work and no integrity with regards to warranty"
