"John filed our 2022 family tax returns for the first time of us using his services. I will not use him in the future nor will I recommend him to anyone."

"We retained John in November of 2021 to do our businesses taxes after a pleasant interview. We paid him a retainer of 1500.00 up front and he said he would have everything done ontime for both personal and our businesses. John however did not do as he promised and was very late filing both of our businesses as well as our personal taxes. He billed us 2500.00 for each business without discussing it with us and failed to file for an extension on our farm. He does not return phone calls in a timely fasion and is very proud of his lack of professionalism, quoting me he is not the cheapest accountant. Our books were reconciled and all through quickbooks. He is not transparent on his billing and will not send out a detailed billing contract, just a 2 sentence email with his bill. John nearly had us in trouble with the IRS for his never filing of the extension. His employees are very nice however I would avoid this company. Update today we recieved another fine from the State Department of Revenue for Borden not filing our taxes in a timely matter. Steer clear of this company."

"It appears that John is capable of in person consultation and not much else. He is friendly and intelligent in person. But, its been 10 months since i asked for a tax amendment to change the number of dependents I claimed in 2020. It's almost impossible to get him to do his work, even incredibly simple tasks. I am a very patient person but this level of neglect is unprofessional and inappropriate. Now, even his bookkeeper is not returning calls and all I have asked is if December 2022 is reconciled yet. Two months and no call back. From what I have heard, I am not the only one who is baffled by the level of service provided."

"Would not recommend this office to any new business. We met with John at the beginning of the year so that they could start on our books and have plenty of time to get things prepared for tax season. everything started great and it appeared it would be a positive relationship. we met with them multiple times and exchanged many emails. after months of back and forth conversation and always getting the same response about our accounting "we will get to you next week" or "you're next on our list." we found ourselves in the middle of tax season without our books ever being touched. We had multiple phone calls starting with very simple questions that ended with John hanging the phone up on us after making us feel very awful. We now had to find a new accountant last minute causing more unwanted stress. John also failed submit critical documentation for us and then refused to take ownership or help get it resolved. it appears others have had the same experience with John after reading reviews."

"I have worked with many Tax Accountants in the past and I have to say, John is by far the most business friendly. He understands entrepreneurship and the tax advantages therein. He is able to fully manage your tax, accounting, and payroll needs but also help with wealth strategies. His pricing is very fair for what he does. Great attention to detail as well. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful human being."
