"Just took this office to court they never should up so ill be getting my money back soon they owe me over 10k in a judgment . Don't use this site beware it will take you 4 year to reope your losses Up date this office in north Albany failed to send in the the amended taxes as they indicated that they did last year they failed on that. They again failed to Remington the problem back in January of this year epic fail there. This posted us to pay more down to a fha loan. 3% more. Total out from their mess us $18.000.00. Customer service at the north Albany local is a fail. We over head them talk crap about other hr blocks offices. Their peace of mind claim was a runaround. Word of advice if you have a Peace of Mind claim don't trust them grab the documents from them get a copy send them directly into the IRS never trust this office with an amended Peace of Mind claim or your taxes I would definitely keep all copies if they said they sent something I would not trust them I would follow up with them and the documents at all cost trust is key in this industry and they lost my trust. Never again will we go or reccomed anyone to this North Albany office I got an email saying due to taxes we can get this to you later my stuff has been on hold for over a year should have had it everything done last year but yet I have to pay and ask for an extension and have more money taken out because they're lack of experience in this office. Buyer beware in my opinion."
