"Absolutely disgraceful behavior. Cole came to replace 2 outlets. One outside and one inside. Fixed them, then the outdoor one failed and he had to come back out. He came out, called me to tell me he DID NOT fix it and that he’s not sure what’s wrong. Mind you they said we had a warranty for one year if the outlet fails. So no refund. I come home, our whole wall did not work because he wired things wrong. Had an attitude with me but was nice to my husband. Came back out, said he “misdiagnosed” and it was something completely different. All we needed was a new GFCI outlet. All of this hassle to be charged over $1,000 for coles mistakes. We should NOT be charged because of coles incompetence. Do not ever use rite way, they will scam you big time!!"

"The guys who came were very nice and did the work. I am disappointed by the damage left to my wall. In the contract it does say they are not responsible for an Sheetrock damage. After paying 3k+ for the job I didn’t think the Sheetrock damage would happen. When I was told this happened they said it happens at all places they put in a new electrical panel. If this is the case I think it should’ve been mentioned. Not only did I just drop thousands of dollars for the work today but now I need to hire someone else to come out and fix my Sheetrock. Make sure you read the contract word for word and know that your wall will be damaged. Prepare for that expense as well."
